I provide reiki sessions to companies to allow your employees to operate and function in a healthy workplace.
Reiki is an effective complementary therapy that anyone can benefit from. It has the amazing effect of being able to calm, relax and re-energise you plus many other benefits that it can help to promote.
How can Reiki help your business?
According to the Health and Safety Executive stress is a major cause of absence from the workplace in the UK and over 11 million days are lost because of it. You can help your employees to address any stress, anxiety or any other issues that may affect their work by allowing them to take part in workplace reiki sessions.
Reiki has the ability to calm and relax anyone down which is ideal for people who have stressful roles or even a stressful life outside of work. Making reiki a regular workplace practice for your employees benefits the company, down the line, as it improves staff attendance, engagement and productivity.
Reiki is such a welcome and effective therapy that even a 20 minute treatment is enough for an employee to feel recharged and re-balanced, ready to return back to their work.

Booking Workplace Reiki Sessions
As an employer you can book workplace reiki half or full days with me and I will come to your business workplace to carry out the reiki sessions.
A quiet room with a couple of chairs is all that is required from your end. Treatments are carried out with the client fully clothed and sitting down.
An actual reiki treatment would be booked into a 30-minute slot allowing for actual reiki treatment of about 20 minutes and the rest of the time for feedback.
There is a minimum 3 hour block booking for workplace reiki which allows up to 2 people per hour to experience reiki.
