Self Love Coaching Moving Into 2021

Happy New Year to you!

So as we move into 2021 I’m sure everyone is hoping for an improvement to our lives after the last year we have experienced. Our personal freedom and liberty has most definitely been compromised. However, at the time of writing this we have gone into a national lockdown after different parts of the UK have experienced being in different tiers.

As I mentioned in my last blog post there is certainly something more going on than the pandemic we were being advised about. People are realising that lots of things don’t make sense in trying to combat the pandemic.

I also wanted to let you know that I have added Self Love coaching and mentoring to the services I offer. Self love is so important as it is your job to love and nurture yourselves always, taking care of your needs and personal wellbeing. Always beneficial at the best of times but self love and nurturing and general positivity will be needed more now than ever. If you are interested in increasing your levels of Self Love then I can offer you coaching at a discount. The Self Love coaching is over 2 months and is a combination of coaching/mentoring and reiki healing. I am also offering discounts for reiki healing whether you have one session or a block of 5 sessions.
